1969年成立,以印染布为主.产品有全棉涤棉斜纹,纱卡,帆布,仿羽布,夫绸,细布,起绒布,各类涂层面料;主要生产设备由德国,荷兰进口圆网印花机,超级预缩机,轧光轧泡机.国产电脑多针行缝机. 有独立的化验室和织物物理实验室,有完整的印染布检测测试设备.污水处理已在1982年并入市属污水处理站进行统一的排污监控管理. 服装分厂以生产家纺用品为主，产品92%出口。
